1. Agreement

By accessing ausgrant.devifyo.cloud (the "Site"), operated by AusGrant Advisory LLC ("AusGrant"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the information

The Site is an editorial index of publicly announced grant programs. Grant summaries, amounts, deadlines and eligibility notes are prepared for research convenience and may lag or differ from the administering agency's official materials. The official solicitation always controls. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting or professional advice, and inclusion of a program is not a guarantee of its availability or of any applicant's eligibility.

3. Permitted use

You may browse, search and link to the Site, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution to AusGrant. You may not scrape the Site at volumes that degrade service, republish substantial portions of the directory as a competing product, or misrepresent AusGrant as the source of official grant terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's compilation, editorial summaries, design and branding are the property of AusGrant Advisory LLC. Underlying grant program facts remain public information attributable to their administering agencies.

5. Third-party links

Links to agency portals and official sources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AusGrant Advisory LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, including decisions made in reliance on directory information or missed application deadlines.

7. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
