About this program

This funding opportunity supports R&D and pilot demonstrations reducing emissions in iron & steel, cement, chemicals, food processing and paper. Topic areas cover electrification of process heat, low-carbon fuels, and carbon capture integration. Cost share of at least 20% is required for R&D projects and 50% for demonstrations.

Who can apply

US companies, universities and national laboratories, individually or in teams. Foreign entities require a waiver. Minimum 20% cost share.
