About this program
DARPA's open Broad Agency Announcement accepts SBIR/STTR proposals on a rolling basis against published topic areas including autonomy, microelectronics, biotechnology, and secure communications. Direct-to-Phase-II awards are available for firms that can document prior feasibility work. Proposals are reviewed as received; topics close individually as funding is exhausted.
Who can apply
US small businesses meeting SBA size standards. Personnel must be US persons for most topics; facility clearances required only where stated in the individual topic.

Applications are submitted through Grants.gov using the funding opportunity number listed on the official notice. Register your organization, complete the online application form, and upload a project narrative, budget and supporting documentation before the deadline.
