About this program

DARPA's open Broad Agency Announcement accepts SBIR/STTR proposals on a rolling basis against published topic areas including autonomy, microelectronics, biotechnology, and secure communications. Direct-to-Phase-II awards are available for firms that can document prior feasibility work. Proposals are reviewed as received; topics close individually as funding is exhausted.

Who can apply

US small businesses meeting SBA size standards. Personnel must be US persons for most topics; facility clearances required only where stated in the individual topic.
